CUSTOM ORDERS

May I request a custom piece?

Yes!  Please use the Submit Custom Order form to request your custom purchase.

Do I have to pay upfront for my custom order?

No.  After your Custom Order has been reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email with any questions we may have about your piece, a timetable for creation, options for payment, and a delivery questionnaire.

May I cancel my custom order?

Yes!  We will be sad, but we know sometimes you just can’t purchase all the things!  Use the Cancel Custom Order form to cancel your custom order.  A timeframe for cancelling your custom order will be outlined in your confirmation email.

Is there a fee associated for cancelling a custom order?

  1. No.  If you cancel within the cancellation timeframe outlined in your confirmation email, you will not be charged.
  2. Yes.  If you cancel outside the cancellation timeframe outlined in your confirmation email, you will be charged 15% of the price of the piece because it will be in production. [Currently the 15% cancellation fee will be waived while we update our inventory!  Request away!]

MONEY MATTERS

What form of payment do you accept online?

At the moment, none.  Please use the Custom Order Form to request your custom purchase.  In the future, we plan to provide a way to purchase already made items online.

What forms of payment do you accept at shows?

We accept Cash, Personal Checks, and Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).cards4
